Joyeux anniversaire Oliver!

 About a couple months ago, I was at a friend's house. She is a musician, so evidently her son, about 6 months older than Oliver, had a toy guitar. Oliver saw it, took it to the couch and started playing strumming the guitar like he was born knowing how to play. Not a great pic, but here it is:

Fast forward to today - Since then he's been holding water bottles, sticks, pretty much anything as a guitar, swaying his hand up and down. So we had to get him a toy guitar for his birthday!

Lake Dillon

Our house is located a short 10min ride from the Dillon lake 9,016' (2,748 m).

We went on a little hike there earlier this week...

....and returned to another part with a nice sand beach this morning.The water was surprising not ice cold and Oliver ended up in his diaper...

Last weekend we met with friends at a free live show in the Dillon amphitheater. The views over the lake were stunning.
